Terms & Conditions / Refund Policy
1. General Provisions
These terms regulate the payment procedure for services and the purchase of goods at TopUpCentre English School.
2. Payment for Services
• Payment must be made in advance for the selected package of lessons or course.
• The cost depends on the number of lessons in a specific month.
• Payments can be made in cash, by bank card, or via online payments.
3. Purchase of Goods
• Additional learning materials and branded merchandise may be purchased.
• Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase in case of a manufacturing defect.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Lessons can be canceled no later than 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
• In such case, funds are refunded or transferred to another lesson.
• If cancellation notice is received later, no refund is provided.
• Refunds for goods are possible in case of manufacturing defects in accordance with Ukrainian law.
5. Delivery
• Learning materials may be provided in electronic or printed form.
• In case of physical delivery, costs are covered by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
